A question often asked is, "Can a Canon EF Mount be adapted to PL?"
PL mount flange depth is 52mm and EF mount flange depth is 44mm so, technically, an EF to PL adapter is possible, however, there are other issues which would prevent lenses from attaching. Canon EF cameras have pogo contacts and Canon DSLRs have this plus a mirror assembly. Both of these parts will collide with PL mount lens rear protrusions making an EF to PL adapter useless. Wooden Camera makes PL modifications for a select set of cameras which involve removing parts that collide with rear lens protrusions. Once the modification process is done, most lenses will work, however, some cameras also have a rear ND filter turret which will limit the rear protrusion to a certain depth. Please check the modification kit product pages for further details.
